Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your business name and ABN, contact name, email, phone, billing address, and payment records. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure form. We only see the card type and last four digits.
Why we collect it
To register and manage your domain, issue invoices, process payments, send renewal reminders, provide support, and meet our tax and legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We only share what's needed to provide the service:
- TPP Internet, to register your domain. Domain registries require the registrant's name and contact details, and some of these may appear in public domain lookup records as the registry rules require.
- Zoho, our billing and invoicing system.
- Stripe, to process card payments.
- Our accountant or legal advisers, when required, and government agencies where the law requires it.
We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Overseas storage
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Australia, for example Stripe in the United States. We only use reputable providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to Australian law.
Keeping it secure
We use secure, access-controlled systems with two-factor sign-in. We keep records for as long as the law requires (generally five years for tax records), then delete or de-identify them.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If something goes wrong, we will tell you, and notify the regulator where the law requires.
Complaints
Email us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
