Terms of Service

Domain & Hosting Service. Last updated 5 November 2026

These terms apply when you subscribe to Hexagon's domain and hosting service. By clicking Subscribe or paying an invoice, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The service is provided by Devos Corporation Pty Ltd (ABN 41 547 426 683), PO Box 7050, Sippy Downs QLD 4556 ("we", "us"). "You" means the business named on the invoice.

2. What you get

3. You own your domain

The domain is registered in your business name and belongs to you. We manage it on your behalf. If you leave, we will transfer it to you or your new provider on request, as long as your account is paid up to date.

4. Price, GST and payment

5. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each year on the same date, so your domain never lapses. We will email you at least 14 days before each renewal.

6. Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days' written notice of any price change. The new price applies from your next renewal. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before the renewal date.

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us before your renewal date. The service continues until the end of the period you've paid for. If you cancel, you are responsible for renewing the domain yourself after that date.

8. If a payment fails

We will retry the payment and let you know. If it is still unpaid 14 days after the due date, we may pause the service. A domain that isn't renewed can expire and may be lost, so please keep your payment details current.

9. Refunds

Domain registration and renewal fees are paid to the registry when we process your order and can't be refunded. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate business details, keep your contact details current, and use the domain lawfully. The domain must not be used for spam, fraud or anything that breaches the registry's rules.

11. Things outside our control

We rely on registries, TPP Internet, certificate authorities and other providers. We will act quickly to fix any problem, but we are not responsible for outages or delays caused by them.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any year is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by giving you at least 30 days' written notice. The current version always applies from your next renewal.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
